| Butterfly Development (Pro- Cserehat Association) aims at developing realistic, regional livelihood alternatives for the members of disadvantaged rural communities- both Roma and non- Roma. We reach this goal through COMPLEX REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT. Our main profile is developing and maintaining community based, organic vegetable gardens, the so called Pro Ratatouille gardens. The project proposal of our Pro Ratatouille program has won the Social Business idea- contest of Nobel price winning economist Muhammad Yunus. The Pro Ratatouille Program WHAT IS IT?
